Boo boo packs are filled with rice. Store it in the freezer and it makes a great cold pack for when you're little one gets bumps and bruises. I also use it on Hana's forehead when she gets a fever. Pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds to use as a warm pack. Below is what I have available:
