I will never forget the first aromatherapy kit I purchased, over 15 years ago. I didn't do anything with the oils, for several months, because I was so intimidated by the warnings.
Essential oils are wonderful, and highly effective at treating many issues, but they are powerful and must be respected. Practitioners that suggest that their oils can be used "neat" (undilluted) because they are of a higher quality are just irresponsible, IMO. There are only a handful of EOs that are truly safe, in an undilluted state.
