| Yeah, but you also are not in TX, where a family where the mom was in prison and dad left the FIVE YEAR OLD in charge with the result that a baby drowned in a tub because CPS was far too busy ensuring that someone who smoked a single joint is jumping through hoops to keep her kids. In that case, CPS should have been involved from the get-go to ensure that dad could care for the FOUR children under the age of five while Mom was incarcerated.
