IMHO, there is so much incorrect information out there regarding God. I'm kinda interested in hearing about other's views of who God is! In a bit, I'll also post a link to a book on the subject!
I believe in higher power.. but not sure what exactly.

Love Lives On Those we love remain with us
for love itself lives on,
and cherished memories never fade
because a loved one's gone.
Those we love can never be
more than a thought apart,
far as long as there is memory,
they'll live on in the heart.
i have read into many religions and
one thing i do know is religion is not god
Good point TLH. I think that a lot of the problems people have is that they look to religion to tell them about God. I do not consider myself "religious" and as a matter of fact, I really when I hear it used (especially in reference to me) Religion, imho, teaches you about how to function with in that religion... it teaches very little about the heart and character of God.
I had written a whole page about what I thought... but I thought about... "who is God to you".. so That's how I explained it. kwim?
But I erased it and put I didn't know exactly.
I am just a confused little puppy.

This is a hard question to answer. I have a million thoughts in my head but no particular way to write it down.
God to me is a higher being. The object of my faith. He is the creator of all. I really do not even know how to put it into words. I have a relationship with him where I can talk to him, pray to him, and have closure and relief.
I will think about this some more and come back again.

I used to think I had all the answers. I used to be so absolutely secure in who God was and what life was all about. Then my life fell apart and I lost all faith.
I'm still trying to find something to believe in.
How is there "correct" and "incorrect" information about God?
I belive it is all in the person who belives. I think it is a personal thing, and just b/c you feel one thing, does not mean that "I" think it is correct.
