After many many years of Nortorn Corp not letting a single thing slide through that they couldn't fix, I woke up to SEVEN that they couldn't ARG!

I googled the removal instructions for just one and it's all greek to me.

Would anyone want to take pity on the non-techie person and give it a shot in helping me get these off? In English?
