My day at the temple...
After i got Si from school today something very beautiful happened.It was one of those chance happenings that really only happen if you are open to them Simon wanted to go to the playground and at first i told him 'lets just go home dude'( i really said dude)..... but his little cutie face convinced me to stay for a few minutes.
Well around the corner was this sweet little chinese girl. She asked us if we wanted to come to her temple for awhile to hang out. Well I didnt have any other plans, Brad was out with the boys so sure i said.Lets go to the temple!(She sees me at her school everyday)
So from 3:30 until 7 o'clock I:
~Hung out with Simon , the boy i babysit,Ellydra and this little girl until the temple people got home( the little girl had the key)
~Bowed to the buddha
~Got the tao...
~Ate a wonderful all vegan meal
~Took home 2 FULL takeout containers of a 5 course meal for Brad ( i don't have to cook supper)
~Got escorted home by the little girl who carried all my bags for me as i carried Elly...

that is all.. I am really speechles as i just got home from this .....I am so overwhelmed and enlightened and I just want to thank god..whoever and wherever he really is

well there were 5 dishes and rice....
a soy puff that you cook down into these chewy slimy yummy little things...
fake pork
fake chicken
zuchini,mushrooms,fake fish substitute,and other yums together,,,
and then a corn,peas and tomatoes dish

max i have 2 ful containers of it here...they said here take this but only if you can eat it i was like uh JACKPOT

There was a buddist veggie restaurant not far from my parent's place, and that's the kind of stuff they served - fake pork, beef, etc..... and the time we drove up there this past Chrissy, it was closed!
