Okay this may be very a subject that we all have different opinions on......they have this item that you can place on an animal that can help a family be reunited with their animal if lost. It's a chip that goes in between their shoulder blades.

I will allow this if I get another dog. But, the question I present today is........if humans could get chipped (and if they can, please tell me); would you get chipped or chip your children ?

Chipping could allow us to access where you live, perhaps medical records etc......

What if humans could be micro-chipped, what do you think ?:confused

One term that is used, more and more freely by paranormal enthusiasts, investigators and so-called professionals alike, is Dead Time. Dead Time, as thought of by many, is a period of time during the early morning hours, 3am specifically. It is thought that this time (and it is generally not defined enough to provide an actual period of time, i.e. one hour, but rather just the rough time of 3am) is related in some spiritual way to the death of Jesus Christ. The theory suggests that spiritual activity is more prevalent at 3am because that is in direct opposition to the exact time of Christ’s Death (3pm).

My life has gotten so busy I really dred making dinners these days. To help feed a family of 7 I've decided to add some help.

Tonight I bought a rotisserie chicken and shredded it. Found whole grain tortillas at the whare house place. Inside it will go chicken, shredded lettuce (grown myself), cucumber, cooked greenpeppers and onions, cucumbers and caesar salad dressing.

Healthy and we can all eat different schedules with this recipe and if they don't like something you just leave it off.
I have some that like this, not like that......you know how it goes.

For a side dish I bought stuffed grapeleaves and for those who don't like that they can have some hummus.

The Meaning of Numbers: The Number 12
Twelve is a perfect number, signifying perfection of government, or of governmental perfection. It is found as a multiple in all that has to do with rule. The sun which "rules" the day, and the moon and stars which "govern" the night, do so by their passage through the twelve signs of the Zodiac which completes the great circle of the heavens of 360 (12 x 30) degrees or divisions, and thus govern the year.

Twelve is the product of 3 (the perfectly Divine and heavenly number) and 4 (the earthly, the number of what is material and organic).

While seven is composed of 3 added to 4, the number twelve is 3 multiplied by 4, and hence denotes that which can scarcely be explained in words, but which the spiritual perception can at once appreciate, viz., organization, the products denoting production and multiplication and increase of all that is contained in the two numbers separately. The 4 is generally prominently seen in the twelve.

I got this from my DailyOM - Nurturing Mind Body & Spirit in my email the other day. It's a great article about mindful walking, which I have not done it quite a while and really need to. (DH needs to get out and clear the path to the forest again :huh) I love walking in nature and it really is good for the soul. It's very important for us to nuture our soul too! As you can see in the article, you don't need to have soft ground to walk upon, concrete does just as well.
Mindful Walking
Walking with Awareness
by Madisyn Taylor

Walking meditation is a simple way to connect with your spirit and mother earth in a very grounded way.

Many of us take the benefits of walking for granted. Each day we limit the steps we take by driving or sitting for long periods of time. But walking even a few blocks a day has unlimited benefits – not only for our health, but our spirit as well, for as we walk, we connect with the earth.

Even when walking on concrete, the earth is still beneath us, supporting us. Walking lets our body remember simpler times, when life was less complicated. This helps us slow down to the speed of our body and take the time to integrate the natural flow of life into our cellular tissue. Instead of running from place to place or thinking about how much more we can fit into our day, walking allows us to exist in the moment.

Each step we take can lead us to becoming more mindful of ourselves and our feelings. Walking slows us down enough not only to pay attention to where we are in our body, but also to our breath. Taking time to simply notice our breath while we walk, through the length of our inhales and exhales, and becoming attuned to the way in which we breathe is taking a step towards mindfulness. When we become more mindful, we gradually increase our awareness of the environment around us and start to recognize that the normal flow of our thoughts and feelings are not always related to where we are in the present moment. Gradually we realize that the connection we have with the earth and the ground beneath our feet is all that is. By walking and practicing breathing mindfully we gain a sense of calm and tranquility -- the problems and troubles of the day slowly fade away because we are in the ‘now’.

The simplicity and ease of a walking practice allows us to create time, space and awareness of our surroundings and of the wonders that lie within. Taking a few moments to walk each day and become more aware of our breath will in turn open the door for the beauty of the world around us to filter in.
