Another dream with the number five prominent. What do you think it means? I googled it but only got confused.

5 is the pivot number in numerology - change. In the Tarot, the fifth card is The Hierophant - education, belief systems, conformity, group identification. In Bible symbology metaphysically a "river" represents vital force. Also the 5 senses.

I can't figure out what the significance is and why it was so profound in my dreams. What is it telling me?

Well there were 5 broken trees in the forest. Not uprooted but broken near the base.That was one dream. In the second there were 5 candles but I don't remember where I was but it was in the house somewhere.

Feathers, I think you're right about the trees. Either friends or family. Ihave a "friend" that I have been having warning signs about. Like they only made friends with us so later they could shackel and torture!

Numerology For instance, my birthday is 2/18. In numerology this equals 2+ 1+8 =11. Reduce 11 to 2 (1+ 1) and add that to the current year (2008 = 2+ 8 =10 which reduces to 1) I'm having a 3 personal year. From astrology-numerology.com
