It's a bath fizzie that is frosted. They look like the ones in my signature (ok some don't look quite that perfect) and if you buy four I can put them in the cupcake box. Between the fizzing base and the frosting (looks fluffy and real, but is actually hard) it has a lot of skin and water softening ingredients. They melt and fizz in the bath.
