| Freaking Out It's Friday!!!!  I'm freaking out that it's Friday!!!! I'm up at midnight mopping the floors in my house so that the fumes from the cleaner won't make my kid high while he watches Doodlebops. I just realized that my MIL will be here in 2 days for a visit and now I feel like buying some alcohol for the Egg Nog I bought. I also just realized....  I have only bought my husband one gift, a $10 shirt from Old Navy. OOps! Thank goodness he gets paid on Saturday (hopefully) because if not I'll be making a mad dash to the malls next Friday when he gets his actual paycheck. Today I'm just finishing up tasks downstairs to make it look presentable and hauling all the unsightly clutter upstairs. I'm also doing laundry and hopefully we'll get out of here tomorrow night or something because I'm getting cabin fever. OH! And the creek has crested just a few feet from our street and didn't go over the bridge into town completely so we're fine with the flooding! |

| I am glad your safe from flooding!!! I have a creek, literally, up the street from my house that "goes over" more than I care to admit. Suffice to say, I no longer go into the basement of my house since it has been flooded too many times to count! Enjoy your visit with your MIL and my advice is to go out, bright and early tomorrow and buy a bottle of Captain Morgan to spice up that eggnog!  If it makes you feel any better, I have not yet bought even ONE thing for my dh for Christmas.  It is on my "to do" list but, God knows if it will ever, actually, get completed. |

| I just transfered money from savings which I PROMISE TO TRANSFER BACK ONCE HE GETS PAID!!!! and just bought him Red Sox stuff he wanted so I just have to pick him up a few stocking stuffers and a few pairs of jeans and I should be good. I got him a Green Monster T-Shirt and one for Kyan that matches and I'm going to wrap them together. It'll be cute to see them dress up alike in their Monster Tees eventhough I'm a Pittsburgh Pirate Fan from way back. lol. |

| Glad you did not get flooded! I've done no holiday shopping at all yet! Going to keep it to a minimum. DH gets pajamas.

| Good morning. I can only hope next week will be better  Last night I got my kitchen cleaned and living room picked up, got my nails done (they are sooo pretty), got my paycheck, cashed my check, went shopping, made taco dip for today, wrapped gifts for the girls at work, got dh up and out the door at 8pm for work, ate dinner at 9pm , talked to my sister a million times on the phone and was in bed by 10:30. I was exhausted.After work today I have to cash dh's check, make the truck payment and then we are having dinner together. Other than that no plans. Tomorrow morning I have to finish cleaning b/c I get to watch my baby niece over-night!  |
