| HAPPY FOURTH!!! hug a soldier, airman (woman), marine, coast guard, reserve.....today! i'm up way too early. my kids are not going to like getting up right now but we have to get GOING. maybe we'll get to all take a nap today before we head out to J's mom's this afternoon. I'm driving 45 minutes east of me to take the kids to see my mom and my cousins who drove up from NC last night, and then 45 min back here to the house for a bit... then an hour west to J's mom's after naptime... and then we may drive out to the "virginia side of DC" to watch the fireworks displays....  . i haz no idea yet. have a wonderful fourth everyone! be safe!!

| morning manyfeathers  theres coffee, fog, laundry in the basket waiting for the sun, marinating food, veggies and fruits to prepare, sleeping tween and dogs. i might look for a gluten free recipe to make a blueberry cake for the festivities

| Morning all!  Mized you yesterday, had a busy day baking pies, picking blueberries and food shopping. Just to make everyone drool, here's a pic of one of the pies... http://www.flickr.com/photos/anacatp...n/photostream/ My pea harvest for the season was 1/4 cups... shelled!!  Today we're off to a friend's annual picnic on a farm. I'm up early to make potato salad & corn/blackbean salad. I just hope I have enough cooler room to bring it all with me cold!
