  |  Yesterdays walk, last nights travels... Yesterdays walk was intended for more than just exercise. It was to be a body/mind/spirit walk. As I was walking down the path I noticed a presence walking next to me. It was huge, strong, loving. I felt very protected with this spirit next to me. As we walked, I spoke to "him" about different things that have been and are going on in my life. I felt as though I was walking with my best friend. It was a loving and reassuring being and although this spirit didn't stay with me by my side, I knew it was with me anyway. Early this morning, I'd say around 3ish, I thought I was dreaming but realized I was not. There were a few of these beings just like the one that walked with me the day before. One in particular took me, at light speed, across deep blue water and beautiful skies to this other realm. I could see earthbound people waving, very happy for me, saying good bye Lesley! I was on this other plane or realm with these spirit beings. They showed me that my flesh didn't matter. They taught me that being earthbound was to be in a cocoon and the metamorphosis in the end is truly amazing. There was love and laughter and such a happiness and exhilaration! It was so amazing. They urged me to travel back to that realm frequently. What a wonderful travel that was. I think it was one of my greatest astral travels ever taken.
