Five Stages of Disease

With the winter season coming I thought it was a good time to post the understanding of five stages of Diseases.

INCUBATION:

This is the very beginning where your body is accululating toxins, poisons, drugs, toxic metals, pesticids and inviting germs, viruses to accumulate. This is when the vitality and energy of the body is at a low. Your body is feeling stressed and is unable to fight of the invading germs and viruses. Your first thought may be to go to the drug store and adress your symptoms. Keep in mind this thrwos back into the system the toxins which nature was attempting to eliminate. When you add drugs, you are only adding more poisons to the body.

AGGRAVATION:

Your body now is trying to elminate the toxins, germs, and viruses or whatever is attacking the body. If the immune system is at a low, the sickness gradually progresses and can develop into further symptoms like fevers and congestion. Keep in mind fevers is natures way of fighting too. At this point when symptoms are appearing and your realizing your coming down with something.

When you stop the cleansing process in the Indubation and Aggravation stages the toxins and mucus are now traveling into the organs of the body and will build up into your joints, the lymphatic system and around the heart. This is known as the "set the soil" according to Louise Tenney, Author of Today's Herbal Health for Woman. Setting the soil is when the body/organs will begin the affects for chronic conditions.

DESTRUCTION:

At this time the body is trying to fight the invasion. It's the peak of the crisis. The body is breaking down tissue and old cells are being elminated. Excess waste is being elminated along the buildup of chemicals. The body is trying to eliminate itself of toxic materials before they harden and are more difficult to remove. At this stage where we need to let nature takes its time and pace to rid itself of the problem. If you continue to throw into your body chemicals to slow down the symtoms, your actually suppressing the problem and the body stops cleansing and it will hold onto the mucus, toxins and pus built up in the organs rather than getting rid of them. When pus stays in your organis it causes peneumonia, spinal meningtitis, asthma, bronchitis etc...

ABATEMENT:

At this stage excess waste begins to eliminate. The war is being won by the body, with the right treatment by fasting, using citrus juices and herbs, and most important rest. The foreign matter willbe overcome and eliminate out of your system. The stomache is absorbing the toxins and is attempting to eliminate them from your kidneys and colon. If you suppress this process the cleansing process is stopped and the toxins are thrown back into the body. It's at this point that all the glands will fill up and you may develop lymphatic congestion, tumors, cysts, moles and skin diseases.

RECONSTRUCTION:

At this point all the stages have run their course and the affected areas have been cleared of accumulations and obstructions. Your body then will begin to rebuild. Your body (tissues, blood vessels, and organs) need to reconstruct. It is vital when the injured parts of the body must be regenerated with vitamins, minerals herbs and supplements.

If you interupt this stage your going to invite the germs right back in.

What causes colds, flu and all acute diseases ? It's the accumulation of waste matter in the body which can't be eliminated. Germs and viruses are around constantly and will only invade the body when the immune system is low (overeating, working to hard, not enough rest, constipation and even a pessimistic attitude).

Many people believe that the cold weather brings colds. Cold weather closes the pores in the skin, preventing natural elmination through the skin. The skin is the larges elimination organ we have in our body. It constantly elminates toxins by sweating, vapor and gases. When your skin shuts down, it puts allot of pressure on the kidneys and your colon. When they become congested they will lead to a cold. To ensure you don't get a cold this season you need to ensure you keep these two organs open.

Drink lots of pure fresh water, drink citrus juices. Add lemon or lime in warm water with fresh giner to help stop congestion and it will also clean the liver and eliminate toxins. Massaging the spine with lobelia will help your body relax. You can also consider spinal adjustments from a trained professional to help the flow of energy throughtout the entire body and speed up the healing. The list can go on forever. Take the time to feed your body healthy food and head off any unnecessary problems this winter.
