my mom was obsessed with this. when we were little and went to the gym. she made us melt in the sauna and then took a green rough rag and scrubbed us til we were RED every where.... after years of doing that my sister and me refused to go to the gym with her.... funny how i stole a new green rag and do it to myself now since im married... its refreshing now....
