Best internal yeast cures

Yeah I love that too. I get it when it's on sale. But the yeast diet I was reading says no grains at all (the one I was on as a teen allowed triscut crackers). No carbs, not even potatoes, and aren't tomatoes considered a fruit or at least too sweet and acidic?

I'm going for a goal of 8 weeks, but a few days of that will be at school and there really isn't facilities for me to take my own food and I need the socialization since I will only be seeing my new classmates for 5 days twice a year.

The one here Candida Diet says no rice even, but does not mention spelt. I've never actually gone wheat free. It would take alot of planning.

oh and I saw a candida diet cookbook at a library sale but flipped through it and did not buy it. It was heavily based on exotic veggies and health food store ingredients, very expensive and hard to find stuff.

If I wanted to try nystatin what is the dose? Know any good no prescription online pharmacies to get it? Doctors around here only prescribe such things to cancer and aids patients, like someone with another autoimmune disorder can't have a serious yeast problem (my thyroid antibodies are off the charts). I had to beg a doc for a very short course of diflucan after being bombarded with needless antibiotics when Ariel was born. After surgery a few months ago, I got dissolving tablets for my mouth, but after those were done it came back within two weeks.

can you find another doc? yeast is serious shit, especially when it's allowed to grow and grow- people with low immune systems can actually die from it.

i never tried online. i can also see if i can find my old RX; it was a high dose, but that's what you want. it may even take a jar or two (they're big brown jars), but after that you shouldn't need it. nystatin is what's prescribed to babies for thrush; there is no reason your doc should not help you. also, Itraconazole (generic for Sporonox) is a strong anti-fungal that i've taken recently. ask about that one if they won't prescribe the other.

I think I'm feeling so bad right now cause I took a combination of garlinase, acidulphilus pearl, oil of oregano, and a few drops of gse and am getting a die off reaction. I have a really bad do it all now attitude. If I gently ease into the diet thing while I make a meal plan and shopping list and use some judgement to sift through what I have to eliminate (like white bread and chocolate bars) and what can simply be reduced (like whole grains and tomatoes) I can succeed.

Yeah I did a round of itraconazole a few months after ariel was born, but I had to take a small dose over the course of a month because I was breastfeeding. They gave me three IV doses of Clindamycin (known to have a high rate of secondary infections) to protect her from alleged group B strep (Yeah if I ever have a baby again I'm staying home). She was even given a shot of antibioics and blood tests without my knowledge or consent (I had to find bruises on my newborn). She got one tiny spot of thrush in her mouth which went away with swabbing with dilute grapefruit seed extract. I got it so bad that my breasts would absolutely throb, expecially at night, but after failing twice at long term breastfeeding, I refused to quit (I gave her a bottle a couple of times and my boobs still hurt so what the hey).
