My tongue is white coated and cracked and spotted. I'm bloated. I have constant low level nausia. My boobs hurt. Not to mention the fatigue and depression. This has been getting worse for the almost 5 months since the neck surgery. It's gotta be yeast again. I barely beat it after Ariel was born and that was lots of changing up remedies then I had surgery in march and got an infection on the inside all meaning weeks of very harsh antibiotics. I can't stomach any more garlic. I did some grapefruit seed extract but that stuff is so bitter. I've also had some luck with oil of oregano but it doesn't make my stomach happy. I do pearls for probiotics. What else?
Sorry, I'm not going to be much help - if you're to a place where you are constantly not feeling well from it, I would say that it might be time to hit up the Dr to at least get you started. I'm all for homeo remedies, but sometimes I think things get to a point where then need science to step in and at least loosen things up, KWIM?

You can try liquid acidolophus (I know that's spelled wrong) but I'm with Scarlet on this one, if it's been going on months you may want an antifungal to start the process. Otherwise, take the GSE, add 10 drops to some water and take it that way. Avoid sugar, starches, etc things that feed yeast.
your doc can prescribe Nystatin, an anti-fungal. the antibiotics i'm sure you took after surgery screwed up your good bacteria and allowed yeast to overgrow, most likely, plus hormones and yeast affect one another.
google "yeast elimination diet" and you'll see things you should cut out. when i did this i went from feeling like pure shit to energetic and actually good. and it's fairly austere, but worth it if you want to kill off the yeast. you'll lose several pounds just from doing this. my allergy doc (i have a bad yeast allergy) basically said i can eat all the meat and veggies i want, but not much else.
Coconut oil is amazing stuff. I'm also having good results with Colloidal Silver water - even putting it in my eyes, daily, has cut down on the gunk I've been seeing for many years now. I don't know why my eyes started gunking up, but the Silver is working on it very well.
The oregano oil is very powerful - buy try just a few drops in a small glass of purified water. And not on an empty stomach.
I've also suffered with systemic yeast. The coconut oil really cut that down to size. Plus, I've become a yogurt addict. It's just so good for you.
oh, yeah- i forgot the Yeast Cleanse. i use Solaray brand and it's great. it's a combination of several herbal anti-fungals like tea tree oil, pau d'arco, garlic, grapefruit seed extract. you can order it online or possibly find it in your local natural foods or herb store.
Diet is a 4 letter word for sure. I know I'm miserable, but eliminating everything I normally eat while watching the rest of my family eat everything I want would be torture. I love cheese and bread and sweets. I did the diet once as a teenager. I had to leave Christmas dinner to keep from bawling at the table.
I can't afford to fix different stuff for myself (unless I just subsist on canned vegetables) and the slightest hint of not having pizza makes my husband go bezerk (yes the idea of diet change really pisses him off even though he is 300+lbs and has high blood pressure and arthristis at age 30 and probably needs it more than I do). My kids eat better than average, but still don't like 100% whole wheat pasta and would not appreciate a slab of meat and a bunch of veggies with nothing else.

there's your answer.
there is no quick fix. you will have to alter the way you eat until you've got a handle on it, or else you'll be spending $$$ on stuff to keep the yeast at bay. if you can do it long enough to have a die off of yeast, you can add stuff back slowly to see how you do. i'm not eating the way i should all the time, but i do eat way less of the things that feed the yeast. i don' crave them as bad now that it's under control.
i have taken my own food to family dinners because of this crap.
